WHO WE ARE
The McKoy’s Development Company was established in the year 2014 in the southwestern parish of Saint Elizabeth, Jamaica. Our inaugural project we had undertaken consisted of four (4) two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom homes suited for middle income families in the south-eastern Saint Elizabeth community of Southfield. The construction of this project got underway in 2016 and was completed in February of 2018. Succeeding this project is the Coral Chateaux, located in the Coral Gardens neighbourhood of Montego Bay, Saint James. Coral Chateaux is a luxury gated complex is comprised of four (4) townhouses and two (2) apartments.
Work on this project commenced in March 2020 and concluded in January 2022. Our forthcoming projects include a second phase of Coral Chateaux and an additional luxury housing estate in the upscale neighbourhood of Ironshore, Montego Bay, Saint James. The second phase of Coral Chateaux will be almost identical to that of its predecessor, now featuring a gazebo, swimming pool and other amenities.
